Refund Policy
Refunds, returns and exchanges
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made, unless the product is faulty.
Once you receive your item, please inspect your order and contact us immediately (hello@littlereadersbooks.com.au) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. After 30 days, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be made.
If there is sufficient evidence that the product is damaged/faulty, and your refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@littlereadersbooks.com.au.
Shipping Policy
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Australia only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping costs
We offer shipping via Australia post. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are sent via standard post. We don't currently offer express shipping.

Delivery times
Orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery time will vary based on destination. Delivery times with Australia Post are outside of our control.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Lost or damaged packages
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@littlereadersbooks.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Pre-orders
Products under 'pre-order' will not be shipped until the date specified. If multiple products are included in the one order that order will not be shipped until the pre-order product is in stock.
